SWC:rb 2/02/84 <br /> <br /> FEB I 3 1984 <br /> RHSOLUTION NO. 9521 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION P~GARDING THE EL CAMINO REAL/CHARTER <br /> STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT <br /> <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />the California Department of Transportation for cooperation in <br />the installation and construction of a traffic control system, <br />safety lighting and channelization at the intersection of Charter <br />Street and E1 Camino Real (State Highway Route 82), a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
