<br />ARTICLE 20 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />20.1 Notices. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing, <br />shall be sent by first class registered or certified United States mail, postage prepaid, and <br />shall be deemed to have been given two (2) days after the day of mailing, addressed <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />if to Landlord; <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />P.O. Although no instrument or act by <br />Tenant shall be necessary to effectuate such subordination, Tenant shall, nevertheless, <br />execute and deliver such further instruments subordinating this Lease to the lien of all such <br />mortgages desired by the mortgagee. Tenant hereby appoints Landlord its attorney-in-fact, <br />irrevocably, to execute and deliver any such instrument for Tenant. <br /> <br />20.3.2 If the mortgage is foreclosed for any reason, and mortgagee succeeds <br />to Landlord's Interest under the Lease, Tenant shall be bound to the mortgagee under all <br />of the terms of the Lease for the balance of the remaining Term with the same force and <br />effect as if mortgagee were the Landlord under the Lease.
