1 discharge in full the obligation of STATE to place the portions <br />2 ~f highways shown in purple and green on Exhibit A in a state <br />3 ~f good repair as required by said code section. <br />4 12.) That STATE shall not award a contract for the work <br />5 anless and until receipt of REDWOOD CITY's deposit required in <br />6 Section II, Article (1) and of SAN CARLOS's deposit required in <br />? Section III, Article (1) and of COUNTY's deposit required in <br />8 Section IV, Article (1). <br />9 13.) That, upstream from the Route 101 Freeway, no drainage <br />10 ~heds other than those now draining into the Holly Street <br />11 Interchange drainage system, shall be diverted to said interchange <br />12 ~rainage system. <br />13 14.) That, all drainage facilities shall be maintained in a <br />1~ ;rate of good repair and shall be kept reasonably clear of silt, <br />15 tebris and excessive vegetation essentially as follows: <br /> <br />16 (a) Average silt depth at any section of box culverts <br />17 shall not exceed 1/6 of culvert height; and <br />18 average silt depth at any section ~f circular <br />19 culverts shall not exceed 1/5 of the culvert <br />20 diameter. <br />121 (b) Average s~lt depth at any section of the <br />22 "Southern Main Waterway" shall not exceed 0.5 <br />23 foo~'; and average silt depth at any section of the <br />2~ "Northern ~ain Waterway" shall not exceed 1.0 <br />25 foot; and the average silt depth at any section <br /> <br /> <br />
