That, execution of this Agreement by REDWOOD CITY, <br />5 ;AN CARLOS, and COUNTY grants to STATE the right to enter upon <br />6 {EDWOOD CITY-owned, SAN CARLOS-owned and COUNTY-owned lands to <br />? :onstruct the IbqPROVES[ENTS referred to herein which lie outside <br />8 ~f STATE's right of way. <br />9 9.) That, details delineated on attached Exhibits A, B and <br />10 are not conclusive and in no way shall be construed to indicate <br />11 he final product of work to be accomplished pursuant to this <br />12 ~greement. Said Exhibits A, B and C are attached hereto to <br />13 enerally define the areas through which easements and rights of <br />l~ ay are to be acquired and I~PROVE~NTS constructed and are <br />15 ;ubordinate to details to be shown on final appraisal or right of <br />16 ~ay record maps and final construction plans, which plans shall <br />17 ,e conclusive as to the scope of work to be accomplished <br />18 ~ereunder. <br />19 10.) That STATE is designated as the Lead Agency for this <br />20 ~roject and shall be responsible for compliance with the <br />21 ~nvironmental laws and regulations pertaining to highway <br />22 :onstruction. <br />~ 11.)
