No. 4-0941-C <br />REDWOOD CITY and all materials, equipment and appurtenances <br />installed within SAN CARLOS' right of way will automatically be <br />vested in SAN CARLOS and no further agreement will be necessary to <br />transfer ownership as herein above stated. <br /> <br /> (15) The details delineated on attached EXHIBIT A are not <br />conclusive and ia no way shall be construed to indicate thc final <br />product of work to be accomplished pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br /> (16) Neither STATE, nor any officez or employee thereof, <br />shall be responsible for any damage or liability occurring by <br />reason of anything done or omitted to be done respectfvely by <br />COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY or SAN CARLOS under or in connection with any <br />work, authority or jurisdiction delegated to COUNTY, REWOOD CITY <br />or SAN CARLOS under this agreement. It is also understood and <br />agreed that, pursuant to Government Code Section 895.4, COUNTY <br />and/or REDWOOD CITY and/or SAN CARLOS shall fully indemnify and <br />hold STATE harmless from any liability imposed for injury (as <br />defined by Government Code Section 810.8) occurring by reason of <br />anything done or omitted to be done by COUNTY, and/or REDWOOD CITY <br />and/or SAN CARLOS under or in connection with any work, authority <br />or jurisdiction delegated to COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY or SAN CARLOS <br />under this agreement. <br /> <br /> (17) Ncither COUNTY nor REDWOOD CITY nor SAN CARLOS nor <br />any officer or employee thereof, is responsible for any damage or <br />liability occurring by reason of anything done or omitted to be <br />done by STATE under or in connection with any work, authority or <br />jurisdiction not delegated to COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY or SAN CARLOS <br /> <br /> -14- <br /> <br /> <br />
