No. 4-0941-C <br /> Document No. SM-41- ~554 <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, ENTERED INTO ON FE~UARY 18 , 1986, <br />IS BETWEEN <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br /> a political subdivision of the <br /> State of California, referred <br /> to herein as "COUNTY" <br />AND <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> a body politic and a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of <br /> California, referred to herein <br /> as "REDWOOD CITY" <br />AND <br /> CITY OF SAN CARLOS, <br /> a body politic and a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of <br /> ~ California, referred to herein <br /> as "SAN CARLOS" <br />AND <br /> STATE OF CALILFORNIA, <br /> '- acting by and through its <br /> Department ~f Transportation <br /> referred to herein as "STATE" <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> (1) COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY AND SAN CARLOS have jointly <br />requested and STATE is willing to modify the Holly Street <br />interchange on State Highway Route 101 in COUNTY from an existing <br />three-loop cloverleaf interchange to a four-loop cloverleaf by <br />constructing a fourth loop in the southwesterly quadrant, a new <br />southbound collector-distributor road, widening the overcrossing, <br />modifying existing traffic control signal systems and constructing <br />other related modifications as required.
