DAS:sh..1/21/86 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the agreement describing the responsibilities of <br />the City and the State has been presented to this Council for its <br />approval; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br />and the State of California (Department of Transportation), a <br />copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood. <br /> <br /> <br />
