Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Appropriation Revisions <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council introduce an ordinance by the affirmative <br />vote of five - sevenths (5/7 of all Council Members appropriating and <br />transferring certain funds for specified purposes in order to conform the <br />budgeted amounts to actual expenditures approved for transactions, which have <br />occurred during fiscal year 2004/2005. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Freedman, <br />Tung & Bottomley (FTB) Urban Design for professional consulting services for <br />the Downtown Precise Plan. <br />Council Member Hartnett stated his general concern that the City watch the use <br />of consultants and not overuse them, watching the extended hours used <br />compared to what staff can do.
