SECOND NOTICES <br /> <br />1. SECOND NOTICE - ABATEMENT TERMINATED (EXIllBIT VI-D.l) <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />It is possible that the owner of a property will make repairs and <br />corrections which are satisfactory to the Building Official and <br />sufficient to reverse the abatement action. In such a case the second <br />notice, (Exhibit V, D.l or VI-D.2) would be used to advise the <br />tenants that the action is cancelled or that their move will be <br />temporary . <br /> <br />(1) Abatement terminated on <br /> <br />(2) You do not have to move. <br /> <br />. (3) You are not eligible for relocation assistance payments. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />There may be a requirement for tenants residing in unsafe rental units <br />to move temporarily while the units are being repaired. In this case, <br />(Exhibit VI-D.2) the second notice would be used to advise the <br />households of temporary housing assistance. If the abatement <br />proceeds, the second notice will be an official notice to move <br />including the dollar amount of relocation assistance to be provided <br />(Exhibit VI-D.3). <br /> <br />10 <br />
