If this <br />application is approved, the unit which you currently occupy will be <br />demolished/converted to a non-residential use. You will be displaced from your rental <br />unit. If your household income falls at or below 80 % of the median income for San <br />Mateo County, you will be entitled to receive a limited relocation assistance payment to <br />assist you in relocating to another unit under the City's Relocation Ordinance. <br /> <br />You will receive instructions from the City's Housing & Redevelopment Director within <br />- days as to whether the project will proceed. If the project is approved, the City will <br />assist you in completing the necessary application to apply for the limited relocation <br />assistance.
