This <br />notice will confirm that the proposed development application has been approved by the <br />City of Redwood City. The unit you currently occupy will be demolished or converted <br />to a non-residential use and demolition or conversion is scheduled to occur on or about <br /> <br />YOU MUST MOVE BY date. You are entitled to receive a moving <br />assistance payment in the amount of $500.00 and a Rental Assistance Payment in an <br />amount not to exceed $1,500. The Rental Assistance Payment will be based on the <br />difference in your old rent plus utilities and your rent and utilities at the unit you will <br />move to for a period of 12 months, not to exceed a maximum payment of $1,500. <br /> <br />The following information will provide you with instructions necessary to apply for <br />limited relocation assistance benefits being offered by the developer pursuant to the City's <br />Relocation Ordinance. <br /> <br />In order to receive the assistance as described, it is necessary that you complete and <br />return the attached Relocation Needs Assessment Form Application and return it to the <br />Housing and Redevelopment Division within 10 working days from the date of your <br />receipt of this notice.
