<br />FXS : dmr <br /> <br />7/29/93 (008/35) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the aforementioned <br /> <br />application <br /> <br />for HOME <br /> <br />Investment Partnerships Act Funds <br /> <br />and to <br /> <br />authorize <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />execution <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />pertaining <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />including all understandings and assurances connected therewith; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain applications prepared <br /> <br />for submission to <br /> <br />the San Mateo County Home Consortium for a First Time Home Buyer <br /> <br />Program for low income households pursuant to the HOME Investment <br /> <br />Partnerships Act of 1990, a copy of which application is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Community Development Department of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and <br /> <br />file the aforesaid application, and all documents, including all <br /> <br />understandings <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />assurances, <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />appropriate <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection therewith, and to provide such additional information <br /> <br />as may be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />12043 <br />
