b. Warehousinq and Monitorinq: DPL's are placed on <br /> computer systems for record keeping and computer <br /> reports are supplied monthly. Insurance companies <br /> are contacted and asked to submit cancellations <br /> and follow-up work is done to monitor insurance. <br /> Tax service is ordered and taxes are monitored for <br /> delinquency and tax sale. <br /> <br /> One time charge of $45.00 plus $1.00 per <br /> month per loan or $12.00 annually. <br /> <br /> c.
