Sit~ interviews are for monthly site visits up tO <br /> the following maximums: <br /> <br /> a) for a project 0 - $149,999, a maximum of 6 <br /> months <br /> b) for a project $150,000 - $649,999, a maximum <br /> of 12 months <br /> c) for projects $650,000 and over, a maximum of <br /> 18 months <br /> <br /> Each additional inspection, if requested, will be <br /> $200.00 each. <br /> <br />4. The fee stated is for standard disbursement <br /> projects. Projects involving Section 17 Rental <br /> Rehabilitation or Section 312 funds will require <br /> the additional cash management service fee for the <br /> respective service, which should be added to the <br /> stated Davis Bacon fee. <br /> <br /> <br />
