For each Agency Documentation Package required, Agency <br /> agrees to forward a completed Loan Document Request Form <br /> to Lender. <br /> <br />2. Lender agrees to prepare proper loan document packages <br /> according to the information provided and forward these <br /> in a timely fashion to Agency for execution and proper <br /> notarization by borrower(s). <br /> <br />3. Agency agrees to forward fully executed, notarized loan <br /> documents as required by Lender for recordation in the <br /> appropriate county. <br /> <br />4. Agency agrees to compensate Lender for preparation and <br /> recordation of loan documents according to the attached <br /> fees. <br /> <br /> <br />
