EXHIBIT C - (continued) <br /> <br /> RE[~fALREHABILIATION SERVICES <br /> <br />1. In addition to the standard disbursement services offered, <br /> Lender or its Agent agrees establish a separate Rental <br /> Rehabilitation depository account with a local financial <br /> institution of Lender's choice for receipt and deposit of <br /> funds received via transfers from HUD as required under <br /> the HUD Cash Management System. <br /> <br /> 2. Upon loan approval Agency agrees to send private sector <br /> loan proceeds or other non-rental rehabilitation Agency <br /> funds and properly properly completed Control Instruc- <br /> tions to Lender or its Agent. <br /> <br /> 3. Fund Disbursement activities shall be performed by Lender <br /> or its Agent as indicated under the Fund Disbursement <br /> Section previously described except that each disburse- <br /> ment authorization submitted by the Agency shall indicate <br /> what portion of the disbursement is to be drawn from non- <br /> rental rehabilitation funds and what portion shall be <br /> drawn from rental rehabilitation funds. <br /> <br /> 4. Agency agrees to forward copies of the HUD Rental Rehabi- <br /> litation payment voucher to Lender or its Agent along <br /> with the disbursement authorization when funds are to be <br /> drawn from Rental Rehabilitation funds unless Lender or <br /> its Agent is contracted to produce and forward payment <br /> vouchers to HUD. <br /> <br /> 5. Lender or its Agent agrees to review payment authoriza- <br /> tion for accuracy and completeness prior to issuing <br /> payment checks. <br /> <br /> 6. Lender or its Agent agrees to full and appropriate <br /> reporting requirements of HUD for Rental Rehabilitation <br /> funds and non-Rental Rehabilitation Funds. Lender or its <br /> Agent agrees to forward the project Pre-Rehabilitation <br /> Report upon completion by the Agency to HUD. <br /> <br /> 7. Lender or its Agent agrees to forward payment vouchers to <br /> HUD prior to the next request for Rental Rehabilitation <br /> funds. Lender or its Agent shall submit Project Comple- <br /> tion Report to HUD Central within ninety days of rehabi- <br /> litation completion and shall retain all appropriate <br /> records in a permanent project file. <br /> <br /> <br />
