8. When requested by the Agency, Lender or its Agent shall <br /> perform project set-up and drawdown requests for Rental <br /> Rehabilitation funds and prepare and submit payment <br /> vouchers for amounts requested from the Rental Rehabili- <br /> tation funds as required by HUD. <br /> <br /> 9. When requested by Agency, Lender or its Agent agrees to <br /> prepare and submit to HUD and the Agency as required, a <br /> monthly reconciliation of HUD's monthly bank disbursement <br /> report with the Rental Rehabilitation depository account <br /> activity for all HUD automatic transfers and <br /> disbursements. <br /> <br />10. Permanent project files shall be maintained by Lender or <br /> its Agent showing: <br /> <br /> a) At no time was there a commingling of Rental <br /> Rehabilitation funds with private or other Agency <br /> funds. <br /> <br /> b) At no time did draws on Rental Rehabiliation funds <br /> exceed draws on non-Rental Rehabilitation funds. <br /> <br />11. Agency agrees to compensate Lender or its Agent for <br /> Rental Rehabilitation Services according the fees <br /> attached. <br /> <br /> <br />
