Upon receiving recorded documents, Lender shall forward <br /> all original recorded documents to Agency for final <br /> distribution to Master Servicer, Borrower and Contractor. <br /> <br />10. Agency agrees to order upgraded insurance, naming HUD as <br /> loss payee. <br /> <br />11. Agency agrees to review qualified Borrowers' applications <br /> for completeness prior to forwarding application to <br /> Lender. <br /> <br />12. Agency shall obtain satisfactory appraisal and order <br /> preliminary title report and submit any additional <br /> information requested by Lender. <br /> <br />13. Agency shall be responsible for the work write-up, compu- <br /> tation of Rent Regulatory Agreement and provide certifi- <br /> cation of paid Real Estate Taxes and Hazard/Flood <br /> Insurance where applicable and shall forward the <br /> Rehabilitation Contruction Contract or Self-Help <br /> Agreement to Lender. <br /> <br /> <br />
