to -'the Compliance Agent. Th~ Compliance Agent <br /> will compare this count to payroll information <br /> submitted. <br /> iv. At the request of the Agency, the Compliance Agent <br /> shall hold a wage restitution fund and will <br /> disburse as instructed by the Agency. <br /> <br />5. Close Out Procedures <br /> a. Upon completion of the project, the Compliance Agent <br /> will notify the appropriate local area office of <br /> Housing and Urban Development of the completion date. <br /> b. The Compliance Agent will prepare and forward to the <br /> Agency a Davis Bacon Project Summary Report which <br /> includes the following: <br /> <br /> i. copies of HUD notification of the start and <br /> completion of the project <br /> ii. Services provided by the Compliance Agent during <br /> the: <br /> <br /> 1) Pre-Construction Conference <br /> 2) Construction Phase <br /> iii. A summary of any discrepancies and resolutions <br /> affecting the project <br /> iv. Dates interviews were conducted and any <br /> discrepancies identified <br /> v. An escrow closing statement <br /> <br /> 6. Maintenance of Files and Availability of Data <br /> <br /> 1. The Compliance Agent shall maintain records and the <br /> Labor Standards Enforcement file(s) of all accounts <br /> established under the provisions of this Areement for a <br /> period of five (5).years after the closing of each <br /> account. The Compliance Agent shall, upon request and <br /> within thirty (30) days of such request, make available <br /> all records, financial and otherwise, dealing with its <br /> activities performed pursuant to the provisions of this <br /> Agreement to authorized auditors and monitors of the <br /> Agency or the United States Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development. <br /> <br /> <br />
