B. CCF Responsibilities <br /> <br /> 1. CCF shall make available for Rehabilitation Program <br /> Loans an amount equal to twice the AGENCY deposit in <br /> Part One Section A(1). The sum of AGENCY and CCF <br /> funds available for Rehabilitation Program Loans <br /> shall constitute total funds available for <br /> Rehabilitation Program Loans specified in Part One <br /> Section B(la) of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. CCF agrees to provide technical advisory assistance <br /> on any aspect of AGENCY Lending program up to twenty <br /> (20) hours of each year at no charge under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. CCF agrees to establish a Fund Control Disbursement <br /> account under terms described in Exhibit C herein, <br /> with an Agent, of CCF's choice, at subsidized rates <br /> for disbursement of Rehabilitation Program funds to <br /> contractors upon written authorization from AGENCY. <br /> <br /> 4. CCF or its Agent, agrees to collect and service all <br /> Rehabilitation Program Loans for AGENCY under terms <br /> described in Exhibit C herein. <br /> <br /> 5. CCF or its Agent~ agrees to ~rovide other <br /> administrative services described in Exhibit C <br /> herein, plus full monthly reporting to AGENCY for all <br /> loan origination, disbursement, and collections. <br /> <br /> 6. CCF agrees to provide information on disapproved <br /> loans to help AGENCY obtain subsequent loan approval. <br /> <br /> 7. CCF shall retain and make available to AGENCY all <br /> documents on outstanding loans for a minimum of five <br /> years. <br /> <br /> 8. CCF agrees to provide preliminary approval or <br /> disapproval summary on all completed loan applica- <br /> tions within reasonable time periods: (a) <br /> approximately 10 working days for loans under the <br /> Credit Enhanced Participation Program; (b) <br /> approximately 20 working days for loans under the <br /> Standard Criteria Program. <br /> <br /> PART FIVE <br /> ADDITIONAL TERMS <br /> <br />A.
