RLS:TGG:sdd - SprDou/D-55 - April, 1989 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION No. 5 5Zi <br /> <br /> BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF <br /> SPRING STREET AND A PORTION OF DOUGLAS AVENUE <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS A COUNTY HIGHWAY AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FOR THE RESURFACING OF A PORTION OF <br /> SPRING STREET AND A PORTION OF DOUGLAS AVENUE <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, that <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County is proposing to resurface portions of <br />Spring Street, Douglas Avenue and Marlborough Avenue in the <br />Redwood City Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is desirous of having a <br />portion of Spring Street and a portion of Douglas Avenue within <br />its corporate limits resurfaced in conjunction with the County's <br />resurfacing project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City has <br />consented by Resolution to the establishment of those portions of <br />Spring Street and Douglas Avenue within the City as County high- <br />ways as provided in Section 1701 et. seq. of the Streets and <br />Highways Code; and <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
