Harris shall furnish to <br />City and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement the <br />following insurance: <br /> <br /> 1. Comprehensive general liability insurance of at <br /> least One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br /> combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, <br /> personal injury or property damage. <br /> <br /> 2. Errors and omissions insurance in an amount of <br /> at least One Million and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00) aggregate per year. <br /> <br /> 3. Automobile liability insurance of at least One <br /> Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) combined <br /> single limit per accident, for bodily injury and <br /> property damage. <br /> <br /> 4. The policies shall contain, or be e~dorsed to <br /> contain, the following provisions only as respects <br /> liability arising out of activities performed by or <br /> on behalf of Harris: <br /> <br /> (i) General Liability and Automobile Liability <br /> Coverage. The City, its officers, officials, employees <br /> and volunteers are covered as additional insureds. The <br /> coverage shall contain no special limitations on the <br /> scope of protection afforded to the insureds usual to a <br /> comprehensive General Liability and Automobile Liability <br /> policy. <br /> <br /> Harris insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance as respects the insureds.
