All rates are per hour. <br />2. OfT and OfT is paid and charged according to Federal and California State Labor Laws <br />and includes the seven Bay Span holidays listed: <br />New Year's Day, <br />President's Day, <br />Memorial Day, <br />Independence Day, <br />Labor Day, <br />Thanksgiving Day, <br />Christmas Day. <br />3. A conversion fee applies prior to 501 billable hours, no fee thereafter. <br />4. We bill weekly at the end of each Monday through Sunday work period. <br />5. Bills are due and payable within 30 days. <br />6. A 1-1/2 percent monthly charge on all unpaid balances will be assessed. <br />7.
