Project Management & Documentation: On-going project management and <br />documentation to include telephone work and memorandum, invoicing, client and <br />consultant contact, schedule coordination and team production management. <br /> <br />Staffing & Budget <br /> <br />This section provides a budget summary for the Scope of Services. The attached <br />spreadsheet details estimated charges for each task, as well as estimated hours of staff <br />working on the project. <br /> <br />Staffing: <br /> <br />David Evans will serve as the Principal-in-charge, and will be responsible for project <br />management, administration and the coordination of the PS&E team. Philip Singer will <br />serve as consulting principal. Kristine Gillespie will serve as the project manager and <br />provide day-to-day project management. <br /> <br />Terms: <br /> <br />This is a time and materials proposal with a guaranteed maximum fee for completion of <br />the Work Tasks outlined above. Additional work requested outside of the scope of work <br />shall be billed on a time and material basis. Invoicing shall be monthly, based on time <br />and material costs accrued during the preceding month. The list oftask-by-task hours on <br />the attached Staffing and Budget spreadsheets is provided to indicate the relative <br />proportion of budgeted resources that each task is likely to require.
