Macy services for the Redwood City Courthouse Plaza shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Civil Engineering <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Coordination of detailed plaza grading with all design elements and Title 24 <br />requirements. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Location of drainage structures so as not to conflict with plaza design elements. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Potential requirements for sub drainage systems to manage potential ground water <br />problems at new specimen palms surrounding the site. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Connection of sanitary sewers to pavilion structures and water feature overflow drains, <br />filter backwashes, and sump pumps. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Street frontage improvements at Middlefield and Jefferson to confonn to plaza design <br />and existing new street interface at Broadway. <br /> <br />Civil Engineering Fee: $62,604 <br />(Includes reimbursables budget of $3,544) <br /> <br />Hydromechanical Design <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Schematic and design development with FTB, SFE, Zeiger Engineers and project <br />architect. Close collaboration with all team members will be required to ensure a <br />functional and maintainable water element.
