Re-issue plans to building department as <br />required. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Construction support to include answering bidder's questions during the bid process. Review of <br />contractor's submittals. D above. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses, for scheduled submittals, such as plots, reproduction, FedEx, messenger and <br />overnight services, will be billed per attached schedule or at cost plus 10 %, in addition to the above <br />quoted fee. <br /> <br />We trust that this proposal meets your approval.
