Heron Court acknowledges and agrees <br />that as a recepient of CDBG funds, it shall require the <br />contractor(s) performing the project to be funded through this <br />Agreement to comply with the federal Davis-Bacon Act, as amended <br />(40 U.S.C. §276-a-7) and with the regulations for the <br />determination of prevailing wage rates (29 CFR Part 1). Heron <br />Court shall insert in all such contracts such language as may be <br />deemed necessary by City's Housing Coordinator to enable Heron <br />Court to comply with this requirement. <br /> <br /> 17. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
