<br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />PROGRAM SERVICES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />1 . Assignment and Transfer of Agreement: Notwithstanding Paragraph 7 <br />herein, this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor on behalf of very low-income <br />households (hereinafter called "Beneficiary" or "Beneficiaries") provided that very low <br />income "Beneficiaries" shall assume all rights and obligations of the Contractor <br />hereunder, in form and content satisfactory to the City. Further, contractor agrees <br />funds hereunder are provided pursuant to 24CFR92, regulations covering the use of <br />HOME funds for eligible subrecipients. <br /> <br />2. Rehabilitation: With funds provided under this Agreement, and funds to be <br />deposited by Contractor hereunder, Contractor shall complete renovation and repairs <br />described in the Budget and Contract Objectives on property located at 1209 Chantal <br />Way, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower <br />income residents of the City with disabilities or special needs.
