<br />3. Marketina: Contractor shall comply with City affirmative marketing plan <br />for HOME assisted housing. For purposes of this agreement, Contractor shall select <br />eligible HOME tenants from a pool of applicants referred by the Golden Gate Regional <br />Center no later than the date on which construction will begin or in the case of vacant <br />uni~ 5, immediately upon completion of rehabilitation work or the earliest date unit is <br />habitable for occupancy. Kainos Home & Training Center is exclusively a residential <br />development and meets the City's Consolidated Plan goals of expanding the supply of <br />affordable housing for special needs populations and persons with disabilities. <br /> <br />4. Income Affordabilitv and Occuoancv Restriction: In accordance with the <br />provisions of the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program, the units <br />rehabilitated on this property shall be subject to HOME Program requirements and shall <br />be at all times, be occupied by qualified low income households.
