insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) coverage, original endorsements: (a) Precluding cancellation or redl'ction in coverage befon the expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have receiw~d written notification úf cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; (b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); (c) Naming the City, its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and (d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to City, its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. 6. NON-DISCRIMINATION Contractor shall comply with the non-discrimination requirements described below: A. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (1) Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93-112), the Contractor agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of this contract or in the selection of low income owners to purchase the dwelling to be built on the "Property." (2) Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires that all benefits, aids and services are made available to persons with disabilities on an equivalent basis with those received by non- disabled persons.
