DAS:b 3/3/88 (#35) <br /> <br />the materials, and do all work hereinafter described, in <br />accordance with, and as provided for in the plans prepared for <br />Hillsdale by Kier & Wright, Civil Engineers Land Surveyors, Inc. <br />entitled "Improvement Plan for Woodside Road (State Route <br />84)/Murray Court and Center Street"; and the City's "Special <br />Provisions for Traffic Signals"; and "City Standard <br />Specifications - 1974". Hillsdale shall complete all the <br />improvements on or before March 1, 1990. Said work shall <br />include, but not necessarily be limited to, the construction of <br />Traffic Signal; grading and paving; curbs, gutters, sidewalks and <br />driveways; storm drainage system complete; street lighting system <br />complete; all other work, improvements, or construction required <br />by or mentioned in the abovementioned plans, provisions and <br />specifications, and Permit; and all construction, appurtenances <br />and improvements reasonably necessary as determined by the City <br />Engineer to complete the aforementioned improvements. <br /> <br />City shall pay to Hillsdale one-half the total cost of <br />construction of the Traffic Signal at such time as the California <br />Department of Transportation ("Cal-Trans") accepts ownership of <br />Traffic Signal and City accepts all other improvements as <br />provided in paragraph 7 of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Hillsdale shall, before the issue of said Permit <br /> <br />by City, furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond, <br />deposit or instrument of credit of the kind described in Section <br />66499 of the Government Code, securing the faithful performance <br />of <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
