DAS:b 3/3/88 (#35) <br /> <br />Hillsdale at the time of the final inspection of the improvements <br />hereunder by City. <br /> <br /> 7. It is agreed that title and ownership of Traffic Signal <br />constructed hereunder by Hillsdale shall vest absolutely in <br />Cal-Trans, upon completion and acceptance of Traffic Signal by <br />Cai-Trans. It is further agreed that City shall accept all other <br />improvements constructed by Hillsdale under this agreement. <br /> <br /> 8. All work provided for in this agreement and more <br />specifically described in the plans and specifications herein <br />referred to shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the <br />City Engineer before the release of any security called for <br />herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) those certain plans on <br />file in the office of the City Engineer entitled, "Improvement <br />Plan for Woodside Road (State Route 84)/Murray Court and Center <br />Street", and (b) "Special Provisions for Traffic Signal" and <br />"City Standard Specifications 1974", for a more particular <br />description of all work and improvements required in this <br />agreement; and said improvement plans, special provisions and <br />standard specifications referred to in this paragraph are hereby <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement by <br />reference thereto. Upon completion of the aforementioned work, <br />and prior to the release of any security called for herein, <br />Hillsdale shall furnish City with a complete set of plans and <br />drawings showing the improvements in their actual or "as built" <br />condition and location.
