As you are aware, we had completed the review of the <br /> Lakeshore To%~uhomes - Unit 1 earlier this year and this proposal <br /> is based on the similarity of these projects. We propose to review <br /> the Contract Documents on a Time and Material basis not to exceed <br /> $13,000.00. <br /> <br /> Our scope of work includes one plan review and backcheck of the <br /> reviewed documents. If additional reviews beyond the resubmitted <br /> documents are required, we will determine the remaining budget and <br /> prepare an amended proposal, if necessary, to complete the review <br /> of the construction documents. <br /> <br /> Our scope of work is based on the following: <br /> <br /> I. FINAL MAP/CONDOMINIUM PLANS (12 Sheets) <br /> <br /> 1. Review of the Final Map for conformance with the Subdivision <br /> Map Act and Local Ordinances. <br /> <br /> 2. Review of the Final Map closure calculations. <br /> <br /> 3. Review of the Final Map for conformance with Map Filing Report <br /> (dated July 1, 1988). <br /> <br /> 4. Review of the Final Map for conformance with the Tentative Map <br /> and the Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br /> 5. Backcheck of the Final Map building locations with the <br /> Building Location Plan (Sheet 18 of 61). <br /> <br /> <br />
