DES:~"~k 02/07/90 (015/39) <br /> DES: ~k 03/26/90R <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT O~l~ii'~/~L <br /> WATER AND SEWER RATE STUDY <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT made this ~ day of ~c~ , <br />1990 by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, ("City") and KENNEDY/ <br />JENKS/CHILTON, 543 Byron Street, Palo Alto, California, 94301, a <br />California corporation ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WI TNE S SETH : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into that certain <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation of a Water and <br />Sewer Rate Study", approved pursuant to Resolution No. 10965 <br />adopted January 16, 1989 by City's City Council (the "Basic <br />Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services to be provided pursuant to <br />the Basic Agreement was substantially increased subsequent to <br />execution thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to amend the Basic <br />Agreement to include the expanded scope of services and to <br />provide compensation therefor; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. EXPANDED SERVICES. The Basic Agreement is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding to the scope of services described in Exhibit A <br />thereof, the services described in Exhibit "A-l", attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Compensation for the <br />additional services provided hereunder shall be made pursuant to <br />paragraph 2 of the Basic Agreement; provided, however, that the <br /> <br /> <br />
