DES:~k 02/07/90 (015/39) <br /> DES: _K 03/26/90R <br /> <br />total costs to the City to be incurred for said expanded scope of <br />services shall not exceed the sum of Forty Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($40,000.00), which sum shall be payable in addition to <br />the amounts payable under the Basic Agreement. Notwithstanding <br />the foregoing limitation, further compensation in excess of said <br />limitation may be paid for services in addition to those <br />specified in the Basic Agreement and herein, upon approval <br />thereof by motion duly made and carried by City's City Council. <br /> <br /> 3. EFFECT.
