Assist the City in determining <br />construction schedule and bidding requirements. <br /> <br />Final Estimate: Prepare final estimate of probable project costs in the bid fonn fonnat. <br /> <br />Construction Documents Fee for Median Landscaping................................................$34,500 <br /> <br />Construction Documents Fee for Entry Feature.............................................................$6,250 <br /> <br />3.0 <br /> <br />3.01 <br /> <br />3.02 <br /> <br />3.03 <br /> <br />3.04 <br /> <br />Biddim! & Construction Administration <br /> <br />Pre-bid Meeting: Attend and conduct a pre-bid meeting for interested bidders to address <br />any questions or concerns regarding the project scope and schedule. <br /> <br />Pre-construction meeting: Attend and conduct a pre-construction meeting with selected <br />contractor to address any questions or issues with Owner and contractor. <br /> <br />Submittals/Contractor RFI's: Review required submittals and respond to RFI's on an <br />"as needed" basis during project construction. <br /> <br />Construction Review: Conduct a total of eight (8) site visits to help monitor contractor <br />compliance with the plans and specifications.
