(8 sheets of drawings) <br /> <br />Site Construction Plans: Prepare plans including legend and notes for site construction <br />work for new median paving, limited curb replacement, and small entry signs at each end <br />of the City limits. (8 sheets of drawings) <br /> <br />Irrigation Plans: Prepare plans including legend, details and' notes for automatic <br />irrigation system for all new landscape areas. (8 sheets of drawings) <br /> <br />Planting Plans: Prepare plans including legend, details and notes for all new and <br />renovated landscape areas. (8 sheets of drawings) <br /> <br />Construction Details: Prepare construction details for all new improvements including <br />median paving, curbs, and median entry signs. (5 sheets of drawings) <br /> <br />Progress Submittals: Prepare 50% and 90% complete construction documents to City <br />of Redwood City standards and submit for review.
