These rates shall be annually adjusted, upon issuance of an updated <br />Standard Schedule of Compensation: <br /> <br />Principal <br />Landscape Architect 1 <br />Landscape Architect 2 <br />Assistant 1 <br />AutoCAD Drafting <br /> <br />$90/hour <br /> <br />$75/hour <br /> <br />$60/hour <br /> <br />$50/hour <br /> <br />$60/hour <br />$45/hour <br /> <br />Word Processor <br /> <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />All costs for photography, printing and reproduction, postage and special delivery, local business <br />licenses, sales taxes, mileage and all other costs directly related to the project will be billed as a <br />reimbursable expense at our cost plus a 15% administration fee. <br /> <br />TERMS OF PAYMENTS <br /> <br />Payments are due within twenty days upon receipt of invoice. Amounts more than thirty days <br />past due are subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge. Retainer fees, if indicated, are due upon <br />receipt of the signed agreement, and will be credited toward project fees on the final invoice. <br /> <br />523 King Street.
