Issuance of certificate of completion on completion of the <br /> construction. <br /> <br />In addition, the Construction Manager will maintain job files and receipt/ <br />disbursement for submittals and correspondence; monitor and evaluate the <br />Contractor's schedule adherence; identify and report areas of potential <br />contract disputes which may arise from omitted, duplicated and/or conflicting <br />of work, and expedite their resolution; and schedule job-site meetings with <br />Contractor and other project participants, as required. <br /> <br />Budqet <br /> <br />We will provide the professional services described in the Scope of Work on <br />the same time and expense reimbursable basis as our Water Reservoir No. 2 <br />project. This is shown on our Schedule of charges dated January 1, 1988, <br />enclosed. The maximum cost of these services is not expected to exceed <br />$60,000. <br /> <br />This budget maximum is based on 140 working days (7 calendar months) allowed <br />for completion of construction, our review of the contract documents, and the <br />activity level we estimate based on this review. We estimate that <br />approximately 80 man days of inspection will be required.
