We must collect and deliver to the State of New Mexico, a Gross Receipts Tax of 5.75%. Where <br /> first use of data we deliver is made outside the State of New Mexico, the State does not require <br /> collection of the tax. We will, therefore, include a certification on our invoices, that first use of <br /> the data was made outside the State of New Mexico. Your signature on, and return to us of this <br /> certification, will obviate payment of this Gross Receipts Tax. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit our proposal for your review and look forward to working with <br />you on the project.
