In conjunction with the aerial photography detailed above we will obtain a spot shot,
centered on a designated area within the City, at a nominal scale of 1'=1166', then
enlarge a portion of this negative to a nominal scale of 1'--100', to prepare a mounted
photographic paper pdnt, some 6' x 4' in size.

We will add the Street Names and Special Features, to the mylar reproducibles, with
Leroy, however, our cost estimate does not include this work, which, we understand
will be negotiated later, for a fee in the region of $40.00 per sheet, based upon the
successful propeser's evaluation of the actual amount of work involved.

Delivery will comprise one copy of each of an estimated 79 mylar reproducible photo
plan sheets at a nominal scale of 1'=100', one photographic paper copy of an overall
area photograph at a nominal scale of 1'=100', and three sets of contact pdnts from
the 1'=833' photography.

Task 3 - GIS Base Map Pilot Area Data~

Our survey personnel will recover and pre-mark six existing GPS control stations, and
establish and pre-mark a further six control stations, pdor to the photo mission, during
which we will obtain color aerial photography at a nominal scale of 1'=500'. A scale
of 1'=500' was selected for the mapping, so that small details, such as fire hydrants,
might be identified. Film transparencies from the 1'=500' coverage will be utilized in
an analytic aerotriangulation network, to expand the basic survey control system, and
to develop supplementary control for the orientation of individual stereo-models in our
Kern DSR11 analytical plotters. In the analytic stereo-plotters, we will encode the
planimetric and topographic data, which can be seen in the aerial photography,
directly to the Intergraph system. Data to be encoded will include the 2' contours;
spot elevations at street intersections, midway between intersections, and other
locations to assist in the definition of the terrain; roads; sidewalks; utility poles; light
poles; fire hydrants; pre-marked utilities; building roof lines; fence lines, etc. Data will
be recalled at the Intergraph workstation, edited, and then converted to a layered
Arc/Info format. We will also prepare one copy of each of four mylar reproducible map
sheets, at a scale of 1'=100', 2' contour.

Mapping completed by us shall meet, or exceed, National Map Accuracy Standards,
when applied to 1'= 100', 2' contour interval mapping.

Delivery will comprise one copy of each of 4 mylar reproducible map sheets at a scale
of 1'=100', 2', contour, and the graphics data base for each sheet, in an ARC/INFO
format.

LE. FEE scHEDULE

To provide the Professional and Technical services to satisfactorily complete the project as
briefly detailed above, we would propose the following fee schedule:

Task I $5,900.00 plus applicable taxes, to pre-mark an estimated 1,200
utility indicators

Task 2 $7,800.00 plus applicable taxes. Please note that this fee
quotation does not include the addition of Street and Special
Feature labelling to the sheets.

Task 3 $18,000.00 plus applicable taxes
