DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br /> map (including the dedications contained therein) for this <br /> subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval <br /> of the tentative map for this subdivision, the parties hereto do <br /> hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Subdivider shall, at its own cost and expense, construct <br />all of the improvements, furnish all the materials, and do all <br />the work hereinafter described, in accordance with, and as <br />provided for in the plans prepared for Subdivider by James F. <br />Carroll & Associates, Civil Engineer, entitled "North Cote Place <br />- Kansas Street, Valota Road to Sierra Street" and in accordance <br />with and as provided for in those certain specifications entitled <br />"Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City dated August, <br />1974," now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br />Said improvements shall also be in strict compliance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br />being the subdivision regulations of said City. To the extent <br />that a conflict exists between plans and specifications and the <br />aforementioned Chapter 30 of the Redwood City Code in regard to <br />the standard for a particular improvement, the structure standard <br />shall govern. Subdivider shall complete all the improvements on <br />or before June 30, 1985. Said work shall include, but not <br />necessarily be limited to, all of the following: <br /> <br /> (a) grading, paving <br /> (b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> (c) Sanitary sewer system <br /> (d) water system <br /> (e) storm drainage system <br /> (f) street lighting system <br /> (g) street monuments, street trees <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> <br /> <br />
