DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br />mentioned in the abovementioned plans and specifications and all <br />construction, appurtenances and improvements reasonably necessary <br />as determined by the Director of Public Works to complete the <br />aforementioned improvements, both inside and outside of the <br />abovementioned subdivision. <br /> <br /> 2. Subdivider shall, before the release of said final map <br />by City for recordation, furnish to City and file with the City <br />Clerk a bond, deposit or instrument of credit of the kind <br />described in Section 66499 of the Government Code, securing the <br />faithful performance of Subdivider of all work and the <br />construction of all improvements mentioned in this agreement, and <br />within the time herein specified, the amount of said security to <br />be Sixty Six Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($66,200.00) <br />and also a bond, deposit or instrument of credit of the kind <br />described in Section 66499 of the Government Code securing the <br />payment by Subdivider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements and <br />the doing of all other work herein agreed to be done by the said <br />Subdivider, the amount of said security to be Sixty Six Thousand <br />Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($66,200.00). The aforementioned <br />security shall include in addition to the face amounts, a <br />guarantee of the payment of costs and reasonable expenses and <br />fees, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred by City in <br />the event of successful enforcement of such security. <br /> <br /> 3.
