L. Combined Court Parking Fees. So long as the City Hours of Operation include <br />the Additional Hours of Operation, the City agrees to waive the fee charged to the <br />Combined Courts of the County of San Mateo for the shared use of parking meters <br />located on Arguello Street between Brewster Avenue and Marshall Street ("Court <br />Parking Arrangement"). If the County terminates the Additional Hours of Operation as <br />set forth, fees under the Court Parking Arrangement will be re-instituted and prorated as <br />of the date that City discontinues use of the Parking Spaces during the Additional Hours <br />of Operation, which date shall be confirmed by City in written notice to the County and <br />the Courts. <br />M:\Redwood City\Parking Amendment 1 Redwood City.doc <br />
