As part o~ the project, City agrees to close to public use, <br /> a~-grade crossing at Heller Street, Crossing EA-26.31-C; Hilton <br /> Street, Crossing EA-26.54-C; and Bay Street, Crossing EA-26.7-C. <br /> <br /> 5. All work contemp!ated hereunder shall be performed in a good and <br /> workmanlike manner ~o the satisfaction of the parties hereto. Any <br /> portion shall be properly commenced by the party hereto obligated <br /> to do same and, thereafter, diligently prosecuted to conclusion in <br /> its logical order and sequence. <br /> <br /> 6.
