DAS:d 03/23/89 (004/39) <br /> <br /> 7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Should City desire that <br />Consultant provide additional services in connection with this <br />project, such services shall be authorized by motion of the City <br />Council. Unless agreed to otherwise, compensation for additional <br />services shall be paid in accordance with Consultant's rate <br />schedule set forth in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 8. HOLD HARMLESS AND INSURANCE. Consultant shall hold <br />harmless, indemnify and defend the City of Redwood City, its <br />Council, boards, commissions, officers, employees and agents from <br />any and all claims for liability, losses or damage arising out of <br />or alleged to arise from Consultant's negligent performance of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Consultant shall acquire and maintain statutory <br />workers' compensation insurance coverage and employer's <br />liability; commercial general liability insurance coverage, <br />naming the City of Redwood City as additional insured; and <br />professional liability insurance coverage, which professional <br />liability coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000.00. <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this agreement, <br />Consultant shall furnish City with a certificate or certificates, <br />evidencing issuance of all insurance mentioned herein, and copies <br />of the information or declaration page(s), which certificate(s) <br />and information or declaration page(s) shall be deposited with <br />the City Clerk, and shall bear the endorsement(s) for the <br />additional insureds coverage required under this agreement. <br /> <br /> 9. TERMINATION. Either party hereto may terminate this <br />agreement without cause by giving the other party not less than <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
