Included will be Planting Plans (including <br />paving treatments) at 1 "=20' to 1 "=30' scale, Planting Schedule/Notes, <br />Irrigation Plans, Irrigation Schedule/Notes, and Details sheets. Prepare <br />edited City standard construction specifications, and a cost estimate. <br />Transmit plots to City for review and comment. <br /> <br />4. Make revisions based upon 95% review comments and submit plots, final <br />estimate and specifications to City as the 100% submittal. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />5. Attendance at one meeting during this phase is included. <br /> <br />Provide assistance during bidding, limited to providing clarification of plans and <br />specs, and answers to questions from City and/or Caltrans. <br /> <br />Tasks Not Included: <br /> <br />The following tasks are not a part of our scope.
