As you can see in the attached information, <br />the planting design would be performed by LSA Associates. Their work has been added to <br />the proposal as a separate item. You will note I have also increased my own budget slightly <br />to cover the cost to coordinate and incorporate LSA's work into the plan package and to pay <br />for anticipated increased printing costs. <br /> <br />One other condition I should mention is that the 12 hours allocated for item No.3 assumes <br />the construction specifications and contract documents can be prepared in a very <br />straightforward format that I have used on a number of projects in the past. If these must be <br />adapted to a more structured, legalistic City format, then more time would have to be <br />allowed for their preparation. I have found on more than one occasion that the preparation of <br />specifications, in particular, becomes much more time consuming in these cases. <br /> <br />Scope of Work and Estimated Cost <br /> <br />Enqineerinq & Plan Preparation <br />1.
