The City will be responsible for all permitting and contact with regulatory agency <br />officials, beyond the 8 hours allotted for this task in the proposal. <br />Design of the bank repair will be based on assumed, very conservative soil stability <br />characteristics, with no site specific soils/geotechnical analysis. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />I hope this second revised proposal meets with your expectations.
