<br />LSA AssoCIates, lnc. <br /> <br />This report will include information sufficient to submit to the California <br />Department of Fish and Game, however CDFG negotiations are not part of this <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Planting Specifications <br /> <br />LSA will provide planting specifications for the plant and seed installation <br />activities at the project site. The specifications will be prepared in standard <br />LSA format for inclusion with your submittal. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Planting and Seeding Supervision <br /> <br />LSA will oversee the planting and seeding installation. We propose to visit the <br />project site two times during installation to provide instruction and answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />BUDGET <br /> <br />We propose to carry out the work as stated above on an hourly basis <br />consistent with the attached rates. We estimate that a budget of $5,100.00 will <br />be adequate. The budget estimate will not be exceeded without your <br />authorization. Our Schedule of Standard Contract Provisions and Billing Rates <br />is attached and by reference is hereby made part of this proposal. <br /> <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
